GRAFT, la firma autora del proyecto ha recreado para los niños un mundo submarino, invitándolos a entrar y jugar, e inspirando su imaginación.
Una ola de 12 pies realizada en vibrantes tonos de color azul da la bienvenida a los visitantes. Unifica los niveles superior e inferior de la clínica, recibiendo a los pacientes en la recepción de la planta baja, y abriendo vistas hacia las salas de tratamiento ubicadas en la planta segunda.
Todos los elementos decorativos, arquitectónicos y espaciales incorporan el tema de la experiencia bajo el agua. Bandadas pixeladas de peces nadan por las paredes de las consultas, y la tapicería plateada de las salas de espera recuerda a los submarinos. 
Tanto el momento de la entrada, como el de la espera, y finalmente el del tratamiento se convierten en este clínica en una experiencia lúdica, fomentando desde una edad temprana una actitud positiva hacia la, por lo general temida, visita al dentista.

Decorative, architectural, and spatial elements all incorporate the theme of the underwater experience. Pixelated schools of fish swim across the walls between treatment rooms, and silver upholstery in the waiting rooms in reminiscent of submarines.
