The site of the project had a trapezoidal shape with the north side facing the street and the south to an agricultural land. The elongated proportion of the lot forced to raise a pattern of a longitudinal aisle, parallel to the street, leaving the classrooms on the south side, facing the courtyard and services in the north, giving to the street.
The building is formed by three volumes, two of classrooms at the ends and a central one of the multipurpose hall and the kitchen in the middle, acting as a separator of the classrooms. The volumes are organized leaving space to the street to create a generous access.
The proximity of a precast concrete floor (500 meters from the site) was important at the time of selecting the type of material, and thus it was decided to introduce the very constructive system of industrial buildings by means of pillars, girders, walls and slabs of precast reinforced concrete.
The rest of the elements were also built on site. The canopies were made with a metal structure bolted to the main structure of concrete and perforated steel sheets, both horizontally and vertically. In the interior, the divisions were made by using cardboard-facing chalk and defer DM painted in factory.
