Este proyecto consiste en la remodelación de una escuela, a la que se le ha añadido además una extensión. La ampliación se materializa en un volumen simple, riguroso y radical, situado perpendicularmente sobre la construcción existente. Los huecos de la nueva fachada se alinean con los originales. El revestimiento elegido para el nuevo cuerpo se ha animado con estampados vegetales, que proporcionan una textura sutil y dan escala al proyecto. Este tratamiento confiere al nuevo edificio un aspecto poético que interactúa con los árboles de los alrededores.

This project consists of the redevelopment of an existing building, as well as adding an extension. This extension consists of a simple, rigorous and radical volume, located perpendicular to the existing building. The projected façades of the additional level are adjusted to the original ones with the same vertical gaps. The coatings of the façades are have been enlivened with vegetal prints. These provide a subtle texture and give scale to the project. This treatment confers to the new building a poetic aspect which plays with the surrounding trees.
